I’m addicted!

I’ve been picking up litter for over 6 weeks now and the areas I’ve been working on have become cleaner every day. I feel awesome!

I’ve also spoken with a couple of the sporting groups that use the park in front of my home and asked them to please leave it clean before they go. They have been cooperative. The coach waved at me the other day as I walked past. I think he feels good too.

I’ve learnt that people want to help. They want to make a difference and sometimes it’s just a conversation without condemnation that makes it happen.
